29 CFR 1910.157(e)(4): Stored pressure dry chemical portable fire extinguishers that require a 12 year hydrostatic test were not emptied and subjected to applicable maintenance procedures every 6 years: In the break room the Badger 5MB-6H ABC fire extinguisher had not been maintained since January of 2007. Abatement certification is required for this violation. The abatement certification sheet is enclosed with the notice.

Corrected during inspection The US Dept. of Agriculture was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.304(b)(4)(ii)(B), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1250360, citation number2, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/18/2017), with respect to a workplace located a 2519 Southwest Ave., Harlan, IA 51537.
