29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-sloped roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line systems and guardrail systems, warning line systems and safety net systems, or warning line systems and personal fall arrest systems, or warning line systems and safety monitoring systems: a) Sprague Roofing (north west side of building): On or about December 11, 2017 and at times prior, employees were exposed to falls in construction, working from a elevated surface of heights greater than 20 feet of the leading edge, installing a roofer hugger system; without using personal fall arrest systems or another combination of fall arrest systems for low slope commercial roofs.
