OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish to each employee employment and a place of employment which was free from the recognized hazard of being struck-by which was causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: On or about December 12, 2017, located in the shop where employees were exposed to struck-by hazards when using a Proserv 5 ton (002) underhung crane to move metal plates without labeling on the pendant.
