29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: (a) J & K Construction, at 3800 E. Hwy 56, Berthoud, CO 80513: On and before October 18, 2017, the exposing employer did not ensure that three employees working off two man lifts were adequately protected from falling. The employees were not wearing body belts or harness with lanyards connected to the boom or basket. Condition exposed the employees working off the man lifts to fall hazards.
