29 CFR 1926.150(a)(3): Firefighting equipment, provided by the employer, was not conspicuously located: (a) On or about 01/25/18, during construction on 2977 Buffalo Road, in Gates, New York, fire fighting equipment was not available at or near where two gasoline containers (5gal. each) were stored in close proximity (less than 3 ft.) to ignition sources (ROLAIR air compressor and a Ryobi portable generator) and combustible materials such as framing materials wood scrap. The main structure of the building is made of wood. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
