29 CFR 1910.22(d)(2): Hazardous conditions on walking-working surfaces were not corrected or repaired before an employee used the walking-working surface again. When the correction or repair could not be made immediately, the hazard was not guarded to prevent employees from using the walking-working surface until the hazard was corrected or repaired: On or about December 21, 2017, a spill occurred on the floor of Aisle 4 and created hazardous conditions for the operation of powered industrial vehicles and pedestrians. The hazard was not immediately corrected and the area was not guarded to prevent employee use of the walking-working surface.
