29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts:       On or about December 9, 2017, and at times prior thereto, employees were allowed to operate machines that were found not having guards provided, including but not limited to the following instances:       1) At the long conveyor in the Outlet 241 area, a self-propelled rollers conveyor being used without machine guard provided to prevent employees from entering inside the conveyor area while in operation.       2) In the Outlet 241 area, a conveyor belt having in-going nip point did not have guard provided exposing employees to pinch point hazard.     Employees were exposed to possible amputation and crushing hazards.
