29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i):  The employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level is protected from falling by one or more of the systems described in 29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i):   a.) Webco Industries, Inc. - On or about 1/13/21, and at times prior thereto, employees were walking on stacked bundles of tubing to attach webbing to the tubing and/or attach the webbing to cranes in areas including, but not limited to, the loading dock.  Employees also walk on the tubing to retrieve items stored between the racks of tubes. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of at least 10-feet.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below).  This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
