29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels and 50-feet (15.25 m) wide or less, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety nets: a. On or about December 12th, 2017, at the above addressed job site, employees were exposed to a 13-feet fall hazard while in the process of roof repair on a commercial structure. The Atlas Apex Roofing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1075061, citation number 1 item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/01/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 1350 E. Sunrise Blvd. Fort Lauderdale, FL 33304.
