The Cleveland milling machine being used as a drill press had an unguarded rotating chuck.  2. The Wilton Drill press had an unguarded rotating chuck.  3. The Hyd-Mech horizontal bandsaw had 18 inches of the unused portion of the saw blade that was not guarded.  4. The Wellsaw 613 horizontal bandsaw saw blade guarding was hinged and not secured.  5. There were two Piranha ironworkers with hole punches, flat and angle stock shears that were not guarded.
