29 CFR 1910.1025(m)(1)(i): The employer did not comply with all the requirements of the Hazard Communication Standard for lead:    On or about December 20, 2017, the host employer, Republic Steel, did not comply with the hazard communication standard section 1910.1200(e)(2)(ii). This section requires the host employer to inform the contractor employees of MPW Industrial Services of precautionary measures to be taken to protect employees when exposed to airborne concentrations of lead.
