29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section:  a)  S/MBR #3 Line;  On or about December 19, 2017 and at time prior thereto, the employer exposed employees to caught-in, struck-by, and crush hazards in that employees were required to enter the robotic cell with robots, jigs and fixtures to clean equipment and flooring inside the cell without requiring the employees to utilize the energy control procedure that would secure all the hazardous energy sources present.  b)  Fender Apron Main Line;  On or about December 19, 2017 and at time prior thereto, the employer exposed employees to caught-in, struck-by, and crush hazards in that employees were required to enter the robotic cell with robots, jigs and fixtures to clean equipment and flooring inside the cell without requiring the employees to utilize the energy control procedure that would secure all the hazardous energy sources present.
