29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains that were seven (7) feet or less from the floor or platform were not enclosed: a) 300 Ton Blank Press (KMC), Green Mobile Conveyor: On February 5, 2020 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to amputation hazards, in that a chain and sprocket on the right side of the green mobile conveyor at the 300 Ton Blank Press (KMC), was not sufficiently enclosed.
