(a) New residential construction located on Lot #26, Roof: On or about 12/21/2017, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to falls of approximately 28-feet, 3-inches from a 12/14 pitched roof, in that two roofers were attached to the same temper anchor located on the hip ridge of the roof. The anchor used on the roof was not properly installed and two personal fall arrest systems cannot be attached to this type of anchor point.

Martin Gonzalez, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1212832, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/31/2017, with respect to a workplace located at Lot #33 Grand Crescent, Alpharetta, GA 30009.
