29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: (a) 11343 US Highway 27 East Hamilton: On or about December 20 2017 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to a amputation hazard in that employees were working on the Woodmizer WM 4000 band saw blade with out having annually inspected procedures.
