29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): The employer did not ensure machine guarding was provided to protect the operator and other employees from the hazard created by the unused portion of a circular meat cutting blade. On or about December 21, 2017, employees in Production Room 1 operating four Biro Poultry Saws (Model BCC 100) were exposed to contact with the unused portion of the saw blade that was not guarded.
