29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-sloped roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line systems and guardrail systems, warning line systems and safety net systems, or warning line systems and personal fall arrest systems, or warning line systems and safety monitoring systems: a) Jobsite: Employees working on top of a roof engaging in roofing activities were not provided fall protection; thus exposing them to approximately 25 foot fall hazards. Condition was observed on or about 19 DEC 2017. NE Contractors, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(10) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 956665, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 19 FEB 2014, with respect to a workplace located at Providence Town Center, Collegeville.
