29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): a) On or about December 12, 2017, and at times prior, Reitz Roofing, Inc., as a controlling employer, did not conduct frequent and regular inspections of the job-site so as to ensure subcontracted employees were protected from fall hazards. Reitz Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1012368, citation number 1, item 1 and became a final order on March 20, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 1020 W Century Dr., Louisville, CO 80027. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
