29 CFR 1910.1000(a)(2): Employee(s) were exposed to an airborne concentration of Particulates Not Otherwise Regulated (PNOR) listed in Table Z-1 in excess of the 8 hour Time Weighted Average concentration of (15 mg/m3):    (a) The employee cleaning metal die molds in the blasting booth was exposed to PNOR (Particulates Not Otherwise Regulated) or Total Dust at an 8-hour time weighted average of 18.801 mg/m3.  This is approximately 1.25 times the Permissible Exposure Limit of 15 mg/m3. This limit is established to prevent irritation to respiratory tract and eyes.  Exposure calculations include a zero increment for the 123 minutes not sampled.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged, or marked with the identity and appropriate hazard warnings regarding the chemicals contained therein:  (a) In the mold preparation area, an aftermarket spray bottle of Kroil lubricant was not tagged and labeled following GHS protocol.  Kroil is an irritant and combustible liquid with a flashpoint of 132 F.
