29 CFR 1910.178(m)(1): Trucks shall not be driven up to anyone standing in front of a bench or other fixed object. (a) Recyclable Aluminum Storage Area: On or about January 3, 2021, the employer did not insure steps were taken to prevent the Yale Lift truck (Model: GLC040SVXNURE082 Serial number C809V05533J) being used to move a lugger box to a weigh scale, from driving up to employee(s) standing next to or working near the stationary shelf mounted to the west concrete block wall of the structure. This exposed employee(s) to a crushing hazard.
