OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish to each employee employment and a place of employment which was free from the recognized hazard of falling which was causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: On or about December 27, 2017 and times prior thereto, in the brown mushroom facility employees were climbing and working from growing rack trays at elevations greater than 4 feet.
