In the kitchen: On or about January 4, 2018, the outlets installed next to the water sources were not equipped with a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI). This condition exposed employees engaged in food preparation to electrical hazards.

29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident: KITCHEN AREA: On or about January 4, 2018, the employer did not ensure that all circuit breakers on an electrical breaker box were labeled. This condition exposed the employees to electrical shock hazards.
