Century Propeller Corporation - On or about January 4, 2018, and at times prior thereto: employees worked with or around hazardous substances including, but not limited to, coolants, lubricants, and carbon monoxide. Safety data sheets for hazardous chemicals including, but not limited to, Blasocut BC 20 SW, Ridgid Dark Thread Cutting Oil, and Prestige PennPrevent E-14 were not maintained at the worksite nor was there a method/procedure in place to ensure SDSs could be provided to an employee requesting access to the document.
