OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that, employees were exposed to Struck-by hazards due to damaged/modified machine guarding components..  a) Century Propeller Corporation, 687 Bucktail Rd Franklin, Pa 16323: On or about 12/21/2022 and at times prior thereto, the guarding on the Haas VF4 and VF9 CNC milling machines in the machine shop area were damaged/modified in ways including but not limited to; cracks in the windows,  missing pieces of windows, and cut/fabricated metal guarding. Modifications allowed machine chips to escape the machine into the adjacent shop area.
