29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a- Residential Roof: Employees engaged in framing activities on an unprotected framed edge were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 18ft to the concrete below as a means of fall protection was not utilized. Condition noted on or about 01/08/2018 A & R Brothers Construction LLC was previously cited for repeat violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 501(B)(13), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1092789 and 1203598. In regards to Inspection Number 1092789, Citation 01, Item # 02, was issued on 03/01/2016 to a workplace located at 9 Abbott Blvd, Fort Lee NJ 07024. This citation became a final order on 04/28/2016. In regards to Inspection Number 1203598, Citation # 01, Item # 02, was issued on 02/28/2017 to a work place located at 51Tappan Road, Harrington Park NJ 07640. This citation became a final order on DCAT .
