29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system :  a- Building Exterior: Employees engaged in roofing activities on an 8 on 12 pitch porch roof were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 16ft to the concrete below as a means of fall protectionl was not utilized. Condition noted on or about 03/29/2019.   A & R Brothers Construction LLC was previously cited for repeat violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR  501 (b)(13), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1092789 and 1286815.  In regards to Inspection Number 1092789, Citation #01, Item #  002 , was issued on 03/01/2016 to a workplace located at 9 Abbott Boulevard, Fort Lee NJ 07024. This citation became a final order on 04/28/2016. In regards to Inspection Number 1286815, Citation #02, Item # 01, was issued on 04/30/2018 to a work place located at 205 Franklin Ave, Wyckoff NJ 07481, This citation became a final order on 06/14/2016.
