29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: (a) On or about November 30, 2017, and at times prior, the employer did not ensure that employees working with CCO LC-30 FC Liquid which contains Sodium Metasilicate, a corrosive, had unobstructed access to an eyewash where the portable eyewash station is located on the opposite side of the building where automobiles are constantly moving in and out. Abatement note: Abatement certification is required for this item (See Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
