29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) Boiler Clave: An eyewash was not provided where the corrosive boiler water treatment product BWT-127, containing sodium hydroxide, was used. b) Chem (etching) Room: The emergency deluge shower was blocked by a shelf which prevented it from being available for immediate emergency use. Potassium hydroxide and 85% phosphoric acid were used in the area.
