29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: (a) On or about January 10, 2018 at the location 405 Anderson Lane, Forney, TX, employees were working from the ground passing 2X6 plywood to employees at the top level. The employee did not have on a hard hat and was exposed to head injuries where overhead hazard exists.
