29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    a) On or about November 25, 2024, at the new single family residential construction site, where employees were exposed to fall hazards while working above 6-feet without the use of a fall protection system.    The Pablo Martinez Hernandez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1711077, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on December 20, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 1910 Huron Drive, Forney, Texas 75126.  The Pablo Hernandez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1505855, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on March 3, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 354 Llano Drive, Forney, Texas 75123.  The Pablo Hernandez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1501226, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on February 19, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 936 Egret Lane, Forney, Texas 75126.  The Pablo Hernandez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1287430, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on March 3, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 405 Anderson Lane, Forney, Texas 75126.  The Pablo Hernandez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1006769, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on December 30, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 1241 Concho Trail, Prosper, Texas 75078.
