29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems: a. On or about January 11th, 2018, at the above addressed job site, employees were exposed to an approximate 21-feet fall hazard while in the process of roofing work. Action Roofing Services, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 977349, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 06/30/2014, with respect to a workplace located at Land Lot 72 D, Parkland FL 33067.
