29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) On the north side of the new nursing home construction project where one (1) employee was applying silicone to parts of the roof and was exposed to fall hazards of more than 9 feet to the lower level.
