29 CFR 1926.451(e)(9)(iii): The end frames of tubular welded frame scaffolding that were climbed by scaffold erectors or dismantlers lacked good foot space. Jobsite: An employee climbed the 'walk through' end frames, whose narrowest rung was about 6 inches long, during erection and dismantling activities. He was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 35 feet.
