Crossbraces were used as a means of access.   Location: Jobsite - scaffold on east side of building  On or about January 05, 2024, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12 feet, while climbing the frames of a tube and coupler scaffold, where an employee fell while climbing the scaffolding that had no safe access to the next level.
