29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: Downer St, Mantoloking, NJ: On or about January 16, 2018, two Roof Management employees were installing shingles on steep slope roof portions of a new construction, multi-story, wood frame commercial building. The workers were not using any form of fall protection and were thus exposed to fall hazards of greater than 21 feet to the ground below.
