REPEAT: Crown Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1136266, citation number 01, item number 001, with respect to a workplace located at Courtyards Estero Apartments Building 17 Corkscrew, Estero, Florida, 33928 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/12/2016.      REPEAT: Crown Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1115276, citation number 01, item number 001, with respect to a workplace located at 6622 Everton Ct., Fort Myers, FL 33966 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/01/2016.      REPEAT: Crown Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1062819, citation number 01, item number 001, with respect to a workplace located at 6650 NW 106 Ave., Miami, FL 33178 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/17/2015.      To abate this violation, the employer must ensure that all employees are protected from fall hazards through the use of a fall protection system while engaging in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels.       Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, the employer must submit documents describing the measures it is taking to ensure compliance, including an explanation of how these steps protect its employees from fall hazards.
