OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees while lighting off a Cozy gravity direct vent wall propane gas furnace. Location: 50 Royal Crest Drive, North Andover, MA On or about January 16, 2018, the employer did not adequately train employees to properly light off the pilot in gas furnaces and exposed employees to burns and explosion hazards.
