29 CFR 1910.22(d)(2): Hazardous conditions were not immediately repaired or properly guarded before an employee used the walking-working surface: JOB SITE: 3701 Hy Point Boulevard, Rolla, MO 63401, on or about 1/24/2018, the employer failed to immediately repair or properly guard five (5) drainage holes, approximately 12" diameter, 5" deep. The drainage holes were left uncovered throughout the chemical receiving and storage area.
