29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i):The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: JOB SITE: 3701 Hy Point Boulevard, Rolla, MO 66401, on or about 5/19/2021, employer failed to conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirements of this standard were followed. This includes but not limited to the DeNester printers, Molding Machine and other equipment with multiple energy sources. The workers were exposed to an electrical hazard. HARTMANN U.S., INC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1395913, citation number 1, item number 1, issued on 5/14/2019, and was affirmed as a final order on 6/11/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 3701 Hy Point Boulevard, Rolla, MO 63401.
