29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): The Thomas Hines Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1170495, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 28, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 4800 E I-240 Service Road, Oklahoma City, OK 73135. On or about January 23, 2018, and times prior thereto, at the jobsite located at 100 Block of East 4th Street, North Little Rock AR, employees observed working on wood trusses did not have anchorage connector of their restraints connected to the connecting device. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards greater than 6 feet to the ground below.
