29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure. Employees engaged in printing activities in the stitching room were exposed to electrical hazards in that an extension cord was plugged into a power strip providing the electrical source for the waste delivery system for the Polar 115AT-XT.
