On or about January 24, 2018, at the construction site located at Lot 391 Raab Street, Pickerington, Ohio, employees were operating nail guns to install framing without eye protection, thereby exposing the employees to potential eye injuries.

On or about January 24, 2018, at the construction site located at Lot 391 Raab Street, Pickerington, Ohio, employees were performing framing work on a roof of a one story residential home with a pitch of approximately 6 in 12 and up to approximately 9 feet in height with no fall protection, thereby exposing the employees to a fall hazard.
