Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level shall be protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  A) 11 US 1 South New Brunswick, NJ 08901   At the time of inspection employer failed to make sure all employees were protected from a fall hazard of 6ft and above. Two employees were standing on top of concrete forms with no means of fall protection in place. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 9ft from the top of the form to the ground.   Hazard was observed on 01/24/18
