29 CFR 1926.1153(c)(1):For each employee engaged in a task identified on Table 1, the employer shall fully and properly implement the engineering controls, work practices, and respiratory protection specified for the task on Table 1, unless the employer assesses and limits the exposure of the employee to respirable crystalline silica in accordance with paragraph (d) of this section: a) Worksite was located at Freehold Towne Center, 5 Jackson Mills Road, Freehold, NJ 07728 Two employees were observed cutting a concrete slab with a Hilti DSH 700-X demo saw while using cups of water to reduce the amount of airborne silica they were exposed to. Violation was observed on or about November 4, 2021.
