On 2/14/2018, noise monitoring revealed an employee was exposed to continuous noise at 92 dBA during a 340 minutes sampling period. The exposure calculation included 140 minutes not sampled at zero.

Club Chef Southeast was previously cited for a violation of the this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.151(c), which was contained in OSHA inspection # 1176867, Citation 1, Item 1 and was affirmed as final order on 01/19/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 4322 Moreland Avenue, Conley, Georgia.
