When wet processes were used, drainage was not maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats were not provided:  a) Production Area, Entryway: On July 15, 2019, the employer exposed employees to falls to the same elevation in that drainage was not maintained as employees walked over sanitizer foam in order to disinfect their shoes upon entering and exiting the production area.  b) Production Area, Conveyor Lines: On July 15, 2019, the employer exposed employees to falls in that walking-working surfaces were not kept clear of water and loose lettuce that had accumulated as a result of processing romaine.
