Masonry employees worked with chemicals used for the mixture and application of stucco. The employer did not develop, implement, and maintain a written hazard communication program which describes how labeling, safety data sheets, and training will met.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: (Construction Reference: 1926.59) (a) JG Plastering located at 750 Crisman Drive, Longmont, CO 80501: On and preceding January 19th, 2018, the employer did not ensure that employees were provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area. The employees on site were exposed to chemicals when mixing and applying stucco to the exterior of the building.
