29 CFR 1926.501(b)(2)(i): Each employee who was constructing a leading edge 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Ceiling Joists - On or about January 24, 2018, employees installing ceiling decking located up to 16 feet, 5 inches above concrete ground were not protected from falling by safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems. Caje Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1061689, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 3, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 2693 Rogers Road, Glennville, GA 30427.
