29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    On or about January 24, 2018, at the worksite located at 11 Prospect Court in Cabot, Arkansas, south side of building, the employer did not take measures to ensure employees of subcontractor Juan Reyes dba J & G Plastering, Inc. were knowledgeable of common fall safety.  Employees traveling on a low pitched roof and performing EIFS foam cornice board installation tasks were exposed to unprotected falls of greater than 6 feet.
