29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  a) On or about January 25, 2018: An employees was operating a pneumatic nail gun while performing framing activities and was not provided with eye protection. The employee was building a creek on the garage roof area. Employees was exposed to eye injuries.   b) On or about January 25, 2018: An employees was using a pneumatic nail gun while performing framing activities and was not provided with eye protection. The employee was performing finishes to a box detail at the front of the house.  Employees was exposed to eye injuries.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) On or about January 25, 2018: An employee was observed installing roof sheathing at a height of 20-feet and a roof pitch of about 6:12 and the employee was not protected by guardrail system, safety net, or personal fall arrest system, nor was employee provided with an alternative fall protection measure. Employee was exposed to a 20-feet fall hazard.   b) On or about January 25, 2018: An employee was observed installing a creek at the garage area at a height of 10-feet and the employee was not protected by guardrail system, safety net, or personal fall arrest system, nor was employee provided with an alternative fall protection measure. Employee was exposed to a 10-feet fall hazard.   c) On or about January 25, 2018: An employee was observed performing finishes to a box detail at the front of the house at a height of 10-feet and the employee was not protected by guardrail system, safety net, or personal fall arrest system, nor was employee provided with an alternative fall protection measure. Employee was exposed to a 10-feet fall hazard.
